SmartenIT presented during KSTiT conference in Krakow, Poland

SmartenIt project was successfully presented at an annual Polish conference National Symposium on Telecommunications and Computer Communications (Krajowe Sympozjum Telekomunikacji i Teleinformatyki KSTiT). This is one of two major Polish national conferences and a gathering of scientists. The conference attracts also various business companies including network operators. This year there was 220 participants. A guest of honor was Deputy Minister (Ministry of Infrastructure and Development). Among participants there was 6 CEOs of Polish operators. Therefore, the conference was a great opportunity to disseminate information about the project and project results to the Polish academia and industry audiences. The conference was held in Krakow, Poland, September 16-18, 2015.

AGH has presented a paper entitled "Implementacja nowych metod zarzadzania ruchem danych w sieciach nakladkowych oraz srodowiskach chmurowych" by Krzysztof Wajda, Rafał Stankiewicz, Grzegorz Rzym, Piotr Wydrych, Zbigniew Dulinski, Roman Lapacz, Lukasz Lopatowski, Jakub Gutkowski. The paper is written in Polish. The title translates as "Implementation of new traffic management methods for overlay networks and cloud environments". It presented project as a whole, including OFS and EFS scenarios and traffic management solutions.


SmartenIT project had also a booth in which DTM live showcase was presented.
