The DTM engineering team announces that the version 3.0 (within the DTM++ release plan) of the SmartenIT prototype has been successfully released. Version 3.0 implements the following changes since v1.2:

• Support for 95th percentile billing rule.
• New system control variables and time schedule parameters.
• SDN Controller operation modes (proactive vs reactive).
• Compensation vector handling in Network Traffic Manager to reduce the number of updates sent towards remote domains.
